MoreNiche is a thriving health affiliate network, based in Nottingham with many of our team members working remotely. We specialise in optimising the performance of brands in a wide variety of health and fitness niches, proactively working with over 25 brands in multiple languages. Working hand in hand with our partners, we grow both the brands’ and individual partners’ sales.

We’re a well established, close-knit group of dedicated professionals, with a strong track record of organic business growth. To further expand our team we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who’s ready to kickstart their career or take their career to the next level, managing the social profiles of the 4 largest brands on the network. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and share their awesome social media skills with their peers.

This job requires daily collaboration with team members across the organisation, and as the first full-time social media specialist in the business, you can expect a lot of variety and an opportunity to drive the social strategy of these key brands.

We are looking for a friendly person who is genuinely interested in the business and the needs of others, including our customers.


Role Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or a related role
  • Proven experience managing social schedules on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Experience using Hootsuite, CoSchedule or similar social media scheduling software
  • Highly competent in crafting social media messages 
  • Customer focussed and confident in de-escalating conflict on social profiles


Role Will Involve: 

  • Planning & managing a social media schedule in advance
  • Responding to public social media questions and complaints
  • Collaborating with SEO team to promote brand blog content
  • Reporting on social media audience growth and engagement
  • Maintaining an engaged community of existing customers
  • Growing branded social media profiles with a relevant audience of potential customers


Good to Haves:

  • Graphics editing skills, e.g. Adobe Photoshop to create social assets
  • Copywriting or other English Language qualifications
  • Experience performing paid advertising, especially on Facebook


Role Scorecard:

  • Manage complete social media presence for 4-5 brands
  • Social media audience growth of 20% per year
  • Social media engagement growth of 20% per year
  • 100% of content posted on time based on the agreed schedule
  • Respond to all public complaints within 8 working hours
