I am not experiencing dns issues but I guess my low clicks are due to the delay in reporting. I was pretty proud of myself because my traffic had been steadily increasing, slow sales but fairly consistent, one of my hosting providers  was affected by the ddos issues yesterday so I attributed my slow traffic to that, but today its the same and all my sites are back online now. moving forward…… in hopes of whatever is happening gets sorted.

It was just taking some time to get through all the clicks and sales due to a high volume.

All back on track now but there is a possibility it could happen again.  The guys are monitoring, and the planned move to Cake should make us more bulletproof.

Everything from yesterday (and now today) will be in your account so if you’re still low unfortunately it’s because you didn’t get clicks for whatever reason.

Ok I guess I will just have to keep at it, I have noticed from the stats page I’m not sure how accurate they are but it seems today in particular 80-90% of the sales are Male Extra in Mexico and Argentina and unfortunately for me I’m not promoting that product. Hopefully, the migration to the new software happens soon.

I have had 250+ clicks without a sale this weekend.  For the year, I convert at 1/36 clicks.  My traffic is the same source, same everything.  Something is not working correctly.

22nd of october was pretty bad for me as well. Conversion wise, lots of clicks, few sales. There was maybe something wrong that day with tracking.

i can guarantee now, there must be a tracking issue, I was about (1/15) and now 103 clicks and no sale, there must be some thing not working fine, please investigate and see if my all tracking links working on your system!

Overall sales and conversions are looking normal and you can see some strong sales yesterday – https://moreniche.com/stats/

We’ll be happy to look into and discuss with you your individual cases today and also check with the merchants that tracked sales match in order to reassure you that all is working.

yes @cat I can see the stats, they are making well, here I am talking about myself only, so please see if my tracking number and affiliate id working well on all merchant sites and are they converting or is there any error or bug inside. Thanks

Hi @hamidrehmatwali, I have tested your links and can confirm they are tracking correctly. I can see you have other clicks and sales in your account for today so it looks like everything is working correctly for both yourself and across the board.

Whilst seasonality inevitably has an impact on conversions throughout the year you should also take into consideration that we have also made some big changes to our terms this month. If you previously  used voucher code sites/content etc. to drive the majority of your sales then it is highly likely that you will experience a dip in traffic/conversions now that your site has been 301 redirected or if content on site has been drastically changed.

Of course in the long term you will see many benefits from these changes, but in the initial couple of months it is expected to see some changes in your ‘typical’ conversions as you work on optimising your new site or new content.

I know we spoke last week and are working on developing and further optimising your current site, so I would continue to focus on working with your main site and building your traffic and conversions back up to your typical levels.

    I hope this helps :)

As promised this morning, we have completed some further investigation of tracking.  For all the brands managed by our conversion team, we have obtained sales data and confirmed that all sales over the weekend were indeed tracked.

If you still have any concerns or questions about your individual stats please get in touch with your preferred affiliate manager.
