    Hi all, I totally understand your frustration :( our dev team has not stopped working on this issue and will work as long as necessary until everything is back up again! They will reply to this forum post as soon as they have an update. Please bear with us. Thanks!

    So when will we get the inevitable “lessons will be learnt” message.

    This is becoming ridiculous now.

    @jay, positive as always.

    This is extremely frustrating for all “lessons will be learnt” :) sorry could not resist.

    We are already in discussions with Cake and other 3rd party tracking solutions to look at migrating. It’s not a simple change and something which will take time, however this is another clear reason why the change needs to happen.

    More details will be released in the upcoming weeks with regards to our plans to migrate platforms and how it will impact affiliates. For now, we have our lead developer who is currently on his honeymoon helping resolve the problem, so a little patients is appreciated.

    Feeling sorry about the dev, you should compensate his efforts when he is back. Although i am looking forward to the future plans  (3rd party tracking) i kinda think there should always be a backup plan for technical failures, as no one knows when they could happen. the day is almost over, time to hit the bed wont lie feeling a little more frustrated then usual but i know you guys will make up for this, you always do.

    Best of luck,

    Hi all, quick update – sales and clicks are tracking again as they should be! We will  do a full investigation and update all of you accordingly. We are hoping to be able to recover some sales and import them – an update on that will follow tomorrow. I would like to take the opportunity to thank our MN affiliates for their patience during this difficult few hours yesterday and of course our developers who worked tirelessly all Saturday night to get things up and running again!  Thanks!!

    Do we have an ETA on when the switch to Cake or HasOffers will take place?  Either platform would be a huge upgrade.

    Hi Ian,

    I hope to have a timeline next week, there are a few things we are waiting for clarification on, once I have these we will be putting the migration plan and timeline in place.

    How are everyone’s EPCs? Mine have fallen through the floor for my primary product.

    I do recommend development team to use a monitoring service like pingdom for real time alerts in their tracking and merchant domains. They’ll get text messages even.

    My EPC went from $6.20 to $2.81 coming last weekend to this weekend.   Traffic went up this weekend too.

    Yeah for Sunday, mine went from a 7 day avg of $3.85 to $0.45 on a specific merchant. Sent about 90 clicks, 1 conversion. Today (Monday) its back up at ~$4 EPC so far. I wonder if their processing was maxed out of something weird like that?

    Tracking is not working correct. Click are not shown on my dashboard and cookies aren’t written to the client pc.
