Another test we finished last month was adding new testimonials to PhenQ. We ran this test against a version with only written testimonials. During the test the new variation converted 0.1% higher than the control but it didn’t reach a significant level, so from a statistical point of view the difference is minimal.The reason for this minimal change could be explained by the fact that we replaced good written testimonials with average before and after ones, so there’s no real impact there other than adding extra credibility to the brand.But bearing that and the “minimal” gain in mind, we decided to put this live. We hope that by having new testimonials and before/after pictures on the site, this will make new customers more likely to send their testimonials to us. Over time, this should lead to an increase in quality and give a real conversion boost.
