Elena Lizza

I was born in a Ligurian coastal town not too far from Portofino and the 5 Terre. Italian summers are still my favorite and I cannot forget all the amazing sunsets on the Mediterranean sea while driving my little scooter.

I’ve always had a peculiar passion for languages, I remember traveling with my family abroad and never having any communication problems. I was imitating accents or learning words from strangers and collecting them like precious jewels.

For this reason I always enrolled myself for studies where languages were primary, firstly a bilingual high school where I also did translations from Latin and studied English and French. Then, in college I decided that Spanish and German would be my next victims 😉

You can imagine that I always had a very strong desire to live abroad. After many years travelling around and experiencing different cultures I moved to Barcelona where I have started building not only my life but also my career.

From the first moment I arrived in a very sunny Catalonian city I have been working in Customer Service, there is nothing like helping people and doing it in different languages.

I have started my career in a Software company and then joined the world of E-comm and although I still have a lot to learn my passion for customer service is not only getting stronger but also bigger. I joined MoreNiche almost a year ago and I am glad to take part of this big family!
